My training week has been mellow, in fact calling it training would be a little misleading. Keeping fit would be more appropriate, although I am suffering from sore legs after a few hill reps, which I did just because I fancied it. My hours for the week might nudge over four, depending on how much riding I do over the weekend whilst coaching.
Next week my aim is to do 6 runs, 2 swims and 2 bikes and just have fun. I'll keep this rolling and increase this to 8 runs a week, as and when the legs are willing. I've started looking for a few events over the next few months just to add some variety and to add a little motivation on those days when the sofa is more inviting, but nothing is entered yet. I'm likely to keep this plan going until December, when I'll start riding a little more.
