Happy New Year!!

November and December have been eventful and emotional, hence the lack of any blogging and the cause of minimal training. I have managed 4-6hrs a week. Mostly running, a little biking on the indoor trainer and the very occasional swim. The net result is that I have set a pb on the scales for max weight and left me considering what I may be racing in 2010.

I have no doubt that I will be racing, I want to clock up my 20th successive season. Whether the focus will be another sub 9 attempt or short stuff for fun and fitness is yet to be decided. I am aiming to get back in to a routine now that the festivities are over, slowly build my fitness back and loose a few lbs.

I'm sure that I am not the only one who is a little unfit and carrying are few extra lbs, so it's time to suck it up and get on with it.
