I've been living in Wales now for two months and all is good. During my first weekend after the move I ran the Cardiff Half Marathon, well almost half marathon as it was a couple of hundred meters short in 1hr 20mins. Since then I have just been ticking over and looking forward to getting back in to the full swing of training in the New Year. I've no firm or fixed plans for racing yet, but I fancy some shorter faster stuff and maybe finishing off the year with something longer.The recent snow has pushed all my biking indoors, which I have enjoyed but I've still managed to get outside to run on the snow which has been hard work and a pleasant change. I've also be doing a fair amount of snow shoveling which is a solid upper body and core workout.
In the New Year I hope to be back to regular blogging as life should settle in to a more relaxed rhythm, so until then;
